Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

I wanted to wait for about 6 weeks post procedure so that I could put thought together in a fashion that would help others to make a decision about seeing Dr. Nayak for anything.
I will break down this review into sections for easier reading.
Initial consult- Calling a plastic surgeons office can be intimidating. The very first moment someone picks up the phone is critical. When I called, I briefly explained what I had in mind and was transferred to a patient consultant (my term, perhaps not the accurate term) by the name of Whitney.
Whitney's role is to help a new patient get started in the right direction. She and her colleagues do this by engaging in conversation, asking questions and getting some information about the caller. This is done in an engaging and professional manner, and helps both his office and the caller to begin to identify what the consult will focus on so that Dr. Nayak can be focused and precise in his assessment. This is an excellent part of the process, because some people know what they want "fixed" but don't know how to get there.
The consult-Arriving at a plastic surgeons office can be daunting. Walking in, it is clear that he has hired the most attractive people in the area. However, I was greeted before I even got to the desk, they are focused on the patient, not chatting with each other or ignoring the patient (which we have all experienced). As a side note, each time I have been there this happens, I am greeted quickly and in a very genuine fashion.
Whitney collected me and we went to a room where she asked more questions and then Dr. Nayak arrived. By the way, he was on time to each of my appointments. Not sure how he does this but wow.
He talked about my concerns, which were lack of volume. He explained how he does what he calls the "Fake Lift", which is by using fillers in the areas of concern, but more than a "normal" few syringes here and there, this really gives a good outcome (more on that later).
Dr. Nayak even explained the physics behind each filler, which was awesome to a science geek like me, but also it demonstrated his superior knowledge of not only the filler itself, but the placement and how to achieve the best outcome. Dr. Nayak is personable, funny, honest and easy to talk to.
I booked my "Fake Lift".
The procedure- The procedure was minimally painful. During the process Dr. Nayak explains what he is doing so you are aware, which is great. He also works in a very precise manner. After the procedure I was given these gel pads to wear home to decrease swelling. Yes, driving home in traffic I am sure I was quite the sight but WHO CARES. :)
The outcome-The work Dr. Nayak did on my face probably took 6-8 years off easily. More important, because my face was so thin, I look healthier and less dour that I did. My face is more congruent with my internal self. I was really pretty shocked, because I have had filler in the past, not as much total as he did but the result was always good but really doing a lot of syringes was what I needed.
The value- Dr. Nayak has created an excellent office, including his staff, his products, and his skill is so out of this world I am not sure I have the words to articulate. That said, while I feel the "fake lift" was very inexpensive, he does not strive to be the least expensive. I believe that when you go to someone like this you take into consideration the full experience and have to understand that for his patients to have an end to end excellent experience he has put in place the best clinical model possible which means he will not be "cheap".
The follow up- included in the "fake lift" price is a follow up. Dr. Nayak did inject more at that time, to do that extra fine tuning that was needed.
So, if I ever leave the area I can now see that I will have to fly in to see Dr. Nayak.
Go with confidence, you will not be disappointed.
