I am a thin person who has some fat in areas that no matter how hard a workout in the gym or adjust my diet, the fatty areas would not go away. (upper legs and abdomen) It was only painful for about 20 seconds and then you just sit there and read a book for one hour on each side that you are working on. Once the nurse removes the machine, you can literally just see the fat hanging and you know it worked. The cool sculpting results took a few months to really see all of the results, but it worked and it was worth every penny!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ridenour's for several years. I am very confident that whatever procedure I am considering, whether on my face or body, that I am in the best possible place. Everyone in his office is very knowledgeable, patient in explaining the procedure and well trained to carry out for beautiful results. You actually feel that his staff cares and wants you to have the best possible results. Lucky for me, Dr. Ridenour's office always has the latest and greatest equipment and technology. I never ever feel under pressure to do anything if I am not convinced it is the perfect thing for my body. All of his nurses and even the women at the front desk are also warm and caring. The best part of course are the results. I have had many procedures on my face and body and I will continue to go in the future as Dr. Ridenour is by far the best plastic surgeon in St. Louis,
