Update time - 5 weeks post op report - fabulous!!
So happy with the results! Cannot say enough great my surgeon and her team. She is very pleased with the placement and the settling they have done. I was told I wouldn't have to do the painful massage that everyone talks about. Still get some spasms in my outer pecs and back but that is going away. Sensation not an issue - they are way more sensitive than they ever were before! Still numb along suture lines. Dr says part of that may remain. One small spot stubborn to heal just under nipple but she feels confident it is on its way to resolving. Posting a few pics. Hubby is amazed at the results. Love how I catch him admiring them every so often. Not bad after 28 years together!!
Still healing
They are coming along nicely. Small setback with sutures splitting a bit. Easily resolved with steri strips. I am paying extra attention to the pressure I feel underneath and adjust which sports bra I wear accordingly. Sleeping in bralette seems most comfortable. I am still dealing with muscle spasms in my pecs and now upper back. Going to start incorporating stretching since I'm still not clear to work out.
