Good news, frustrating. Good news is I continue to be really happy with the size, shape, etc and my left breast feels completely normal. My right one is a different story. It looks and feels like an implant, still experiencing pain in my nipple and entire breast still hurts when I apply any pressure to it. I do a lot of computer work and am generally have a lot of muscle pain all over the right side of my body. Wondering if it's related. Anyone have similar issues?

Hi! Are you still doing your stretching exercises? I had the same issue, and continue to have shooting pains from time to time if I stop stretching, and I'm at 4 months. Here's a link to the question on this site, or you can just search for more examples - https://www.realself.com/question/how-can-pain-recovery-time-after-getting-breast-implants-be-minimized

I hope this helps!

Yes I have an uncomfortable right breast as well. My job is high volume data entry. I'm 3.5 years post op and it bothers me. I've seen surgeon and there's no problem with the implant. I think about explanting all time but am scared I will be unhappy with my results as they will be a little bit smaller than they were and that would suck big time for me.

Would love to know how you're doing! I am at 1 month post op and have the same issue with my right side. It's definitely more square looking and doesn't look dropped and relaxed like the left one. I hope you're well and that things are dropping and fluffing in the way you were hoping for! :)

Not a lot to report other than my boobs are feeling softer and the right is slowly evening out with my left. I wore a normal bra out Friday night and that was a bad decision. Back to comfy sports bras and I'll try again in a few weeks.

I had my 3-week PO appt and was given the ok to wear any bra I want again, and to resume my regular workout (but to take it slow). All good news there! My only concern has been the top of my right boob has an obvious ridge from the implant which the nurse said would go away as my muscle relaxed. I'm right handed and tend to be very tight along my entire right side bc I do a lot of computer work. My ps on the other hand explained that he had to rotate the implant on the right side to even put the volume since my boobs were not symmetrical. That was a little disappointing to hear since I love my natural look but feel like that's a somewhat obvious fake element that you can see with a lot of things I wear. We'll see... my right boob is still very tight so something is going to have to give! Let's hope it's where that ridge is. ????. Otherwise, I was surprised and happy to see that my old bras no longer fit - and they did a couple weeks ago. A sign that the boobs are making themselves at home and becoming fuller.
