I have wanted a BA for the past 9 yrs. It never worked out, so now is the time! I have always been muscular with no breasts...boyish figure, so I am looking forward to having curves. Tomorrow is the big day!
I am ready! My Dr. suggested 270 cc, but hoping for a bit larger. He said I have too much muscle to cut and a larger implant will not fit under the muscle. I trust him and hope for a smooth recovery.

Feeling great post op

My surgery was a breeze and feeling pretty good so far. My upper chest is sore and annoying, but not too painful.
I am not tired, so I am hoping the Valium will knock me out, soon. I am able to prop myself up in bed without help and doing arm circle movements with bags of corn on my chest. I am surprised they put a cute wire bra on. It's fine by me.
My boobs are smaller than I thought they would be, but I am sure they will change as they drop. I am short, so I didn't want noticeably large boobs.
I don't know what cc he used..my Dr. said he would use 225 to 340, but I will find out tomorrow at my appt.
All in all, happy so far!

Feeling great post op

My recovery day 1 and 2 have been so easy and pain free. At first, I didn't think the Dr. put implants in. Ha! I have kept on schedule with the meds, Journaling when I take them. I have been icing them all day, which numbs them. I haven't been hungry but have been making myself eat. I didn't see my boobs til I went into my post op appt. this morning.
I love them! Yesterday they seemed too small with the bra they gave me. It was a really cute thin see through Calvin Klein with wire. Shocking! I have been doing a lot of arm circles and walking around a lot, since I have energy. I don't recommend laying in bed for 2 days.
Day 2 has been more sore under the boobs and rib area. Doc said the bruising will develop in those areas this week. They look really purple and ugly where the incisions are. I'm using neosporin for 2 days. All in all it was an easy breezy recovery. Let me know if you have any questions.

Lucky you!! The results are also fabulous! Did you have submuscular or subglandular?

I have submuscular.

Oh and also, are you doing some massages or exercises? My doctor suggested that I do nothing and just relax to let it heal but I've read so many posts where women are massaging or exercising

Day 2, today, he told me to massage them. I have been and I have experienced more pain.
The dr. said to keep moving my arms too. That will soften them and allow them to drop.
