Very Impressed! Doc's office called me and allowed me to ask some additional questions of Dr. Young Cho. He was very patient and gave me clear explanations to my questions and concerns. The time he spent allowed me to feel comfortable and so I booked a two part treatment....Ultherapy on my neck and Co2 on my face. Hopefully the treatments go as well as the consult.

I have been researching doctors and visited Dr. Young's office in Spring for a consultation. I met with an aesthetician Trista Davey. She was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions. Originally I was only interested in Ultherapy but she suggested CO2 ablative fractional laser procedure. I was interested and said I wanted to research it and would email her with further questions. A few weeks later I emailed and days later still had no response. I called...Trista's not there anymore. Okay...is anyone helping the patients that have emailed her? No, they deactivated her account with no interest in responding to patients. Well then, could someone answer a few questions I have? Maybe, but not until at least 24 hours later. More than 24 hours later I call again only to be transferred to a voicemail. So, although I really thought this was the doctor for me, it is very hard to get someone to call me back.
