Two and a half weeks post op. My tt surgery was not as painful as I expected. I suspect part of that is because Dr Willams uses Experel a long lasting anesthetic after. Really seemed to help. I still feel tight and have a fair amount of discomfort here and there. I’m a little concerned that my lateral thigh area ( saddle bag) seems to becoming back and I have a slightly indented area on my left hip ( no lipo done here) I’m hoping it’s just swelling.

Although I’m still swollen, I already love my results. I wish I would have done this 10 years ago.
