Two years since TT and now preparing for BA next week -- EEEKK!

Dr. Lynn Derby did such a fantastic job with my TT and since then I've lost more weight. My breasts are completely gone! BA is next week. I bought a new swimsuit in anticipation. Hope I can actually fill up the cups! LOL

18 days po - had an infection

Woke up two days ago with pretty bad pain near my drain site and a couple red lines above my incision near my belly button. Called the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics. By that night it felt like I had a lemon sized ball of infection over my right hip. I was miserable and so swollen. Two days later, I feel like a new person - energy is way higher and swelling is down a lot. I think I had that infection brewing for a week because I felt so cruddy the last several days. Doctor apt tomorrow - hope I can get this blasted drain out of my body!!!

I'm glad you posted! I was hoping things were getting better for you. I'm sorry to hear about your infection but glad it is on the mend.

Spent Most of yesterday in tears. Belly is still so swollen and I still have my drain in. Doctor won't take it out until I'm under 30 cc's. So sick of laying around. Feel like it wasn't worth it. Very depressed.

I'm feeling the same! and both my drains are out, I didn't realize the swelling would be so long term, I read that it can last up to 6 months! And I'm still not standing upright, being stagnate can cause depression on it's own, but adding a drastic body change and discomfort to it, it's to be expected to feel down, I was a10 year smoker and quit 2 months ago for this sugery, I'm almost ready to fall off the wagon, but we must keep strong and press on

I'm sorry you are struggling! You're probably having some exercise endorphin withdrawal. Just remember it'll pass, soon enough you'll be back in the gym and doing better than ever.

You will get better....please keep posting pics....I think you look awesome already...can't wait to see the finished product!!! If you lost 110 lbs....girl you can do anything!!!! Keep positive!!!!
