In my initial consultation with Dr. Williams her...

In my initial consultation with Dr. Williams her staff did photos of my nose and a image of what it will look like after surgery. I immediately did not like the after surgery image because there seemed to be a residual bump on my nose with the image. Dr. Williams explained to me that there is only so much they can do with computers. She continued to reassure me that the bridge of my nose will be straight and take the images with a grain of salt. I went ahead and booked the surgery. During my pre-op appointment I made it a point to tell her that what type of nose I wanted and how I have been waiting a long time to do this surgery. She seem to understand and had one of her staff members print a side profile picture of me which she drew on and said this is how your nose will look after surgery. "There will be no bumps with a slight slope." I felt better after that and than paid for my surgery in full with a certified check.
I had surgery on December 7, 2015. My splint was removed on December 22, 2015. When I was looking at my nose I said something about there being a bump on my bridge and she said it will go away. she told me to come back in a month. On January 14, 2016 I returned for my next follow-up and they took more pictures. I told her I was unhappy with there being a bump on the bridge of my nose and this was the one thing I specifically did not want. She acknowledge my concern and took me to her office to look at the before and after photos. She agree there was a bump and said she will be able to do a revision by rasping it down. But I would have to be patient and wait 6 months from surgery because that is when the bone on the bridge is back to normal. I told her I understood and I just wanted that bump gone. I left her office in better spirits, because I felt like we were on the same page as to what was going on with my nose.
March 15, 2016, I went back in for another follow-up. She explained to me that there will still be swelling on the tip and it takes a year for that to completely clear. Then I ask her about the bump on my nose and she acted surprised; and said that it's as straight as its going to get. Told her "Last visit you said you would rasp it down at six months." Dr. Williams responded with "I know what said but I'm not going to do it now." Her demeanor had turned from bright and cheery to cold and bitter. She said "That's the straightest I can get your nose and we don't know what we can do until the surgery is actually being done." Then she said "Your nose looks considerable different than before." What does that mean? I wanted it a certain way and didn't get that. So I'm just suppose to except what I paid for? This information would have been great prior to booking my surgery and paying for it in full. The whole situation seems very unethical and a taste of bad business. Now I'm stuck with a bump on my nose that I will probably have to pay another thousands of dollars to get fixed.
