let me tell you my story. After having my last baby, I gained 20lb, I tried everything to loose it. My extra weight became a big problem in our marriage. We got to the point of separation. Then I decided to take charge of my life as a single parent. My friend told me about Dr. Karp, so I scheduled an appointment to see what can be done. My first impression about him was really good, he seemed like down to earth person, very professional and experienced. So I decided on full Mommy Makeover. I can not be more happier on my choice of the doctor. He is so good at what he does. I had such a big " apron " that he had to cut all the way back pass my hip bone to make sure I'll get the results I want, 7lb to be exact , also I told him to use his judgment on my breast. So ended up with 374cc saline. Before surgery I was size 14 and 38 B, now I'm size 8, 36 D. That changed my life and my self esteem. I became a different person. To make a long story short my husband and I got back together and raising our family.

So far doing well. Only thing I was wondering it's been a year since my surgery and my scars are not fading the way I would like them to. Is this normal?

That's my only worry actually I get mine done in 3 days and my stomach looks just like yours did....I'm mixed and have alot of ethnic backgrounds and I heard folks like that have dark scarring so I'm not sure following this as well

Can't wait to see your results. You know I'm ok with scars compare to what I had to deal with before.
