I weighed 265 lbs. and 9 years ago I decided to get healthy. I had a lot of health problems: Cholesterol. high blood pressure and I was on the edge of having a stroke. I started a diet and exercise program and lost 40 lbs. the first month. the other 80 lbs. came off in a year. I worked really hard and it paid off. It never crossed my mind that I'd have lose skin and a lot of it. Although I was really happy with my accomplishment I hated the way my tummy looked. I work out 6 days a week but no matter how much I exercise that skin doesn't go away! so I decided to complete my weight loss journey with a full Tummy Tuck and Muscle repair.

Good for you! Amazing job losing the weight and I think you're tt results are great. You're gonna love your end results! you earned it. I also saw your comment somewhere else about wanting a ba too. I think you should go for it. Once you're healed fully from your tt! I don't know how these ladies get both at same time! I am 8 days po from just my ba and I'm only now feeling normal again. Almost. So, good for you. Keep up the good work and you look awesome!

Hi there! Sorry I didn't see your comment until today :/
Thank you so much! I had my BA on Friday. I agree, I don't know how some girls can handle more than one procedure. I'm 3 days po and not very comfortable... my implants are under the muscle so I'm very sore. How are you? Did you love your BA results?

It gets better every day! They feel more "normal", you feel more normal, and they look better...every day!
Yes I LoveLoveLove my new boobies! It's the best thing I've done for myself other than having my kiddo and losing weight/getting healthy. So, I understand the desire to feel good again! It took a full 2 weeks to feel pretty normal. Probably another week or 2 to get full arm function back (reaching up or behong my back etc), but most if it was pretty normal by 2 weeks. Just stayed a bit easily tired for almost 3 weeks I think. And now, at just over 2 mos post...I feel fab and they look great and I am so glad I did it! Each day looks and feels fifferen5. Don't get discouraged! Nobody told Mr theyd look crazy for a few weeks...but that is normal. And those weird squishy sounds were odd too. After about 3 to 4 weeks I feel that mine looked like fairly regular boobs in clothes. But it took another couple weeks to really begin to feel soft and natural. Mine are unders too and silicone. I will get updated pics up in the next couple days if you're interested. That other boobie website is super helpful too. That and this one saved my sanity post ba! Hang in there, girl. You are gonna love it and you already look amazing (you busted your butt to get there...don't ever doubt you deserve this!)

you look great! Good for you!

I posted some more recent pics of my ba results. I'm now 9 weeks and 1 day post op. I swear girl, it changes how it looks and feels every day! Hang in there. After about a week when I was up to checking my new chest out, I felt they looked awkward and I didn't love the way they were shaped...but I knew it would change and it does...daily.
About 6-8 weeks post I really feel I looked pretty "normal" (if there is such a thing!) and the changes are more subtle. I'm still softening a bit now, but no crazy changes like the 1st month or so!
Hope that encourages you. I was unaware of what gets frequently called "frankenboob", but what I call "brick boobs" or "body builder chest" or even a female dwayne johnson! I wish I'd known. It was weird. But I knew they would change drastically. They did. Now I love them more than ever in my life!

Haha! You are funny :-D I'm glad you love your boobs! I had my BA and arm lift a week ago and to be honest with you my recovery has been a little bit hard :/ I decided to stop my pain meds because I was nauseous all the time. Pain is not too bad other than the darn band around my chest is tight and my back hurts. The armpit area is very sensitive and I got a blister from the garment rubbing against the skin(the cotton pad moved) so the area us irritated. Did you feel a tingling sensation on your breasts when you lay down? And like heartburn?
Did you see the BA/armlift puctures?

The sensation when you lay down is called morning boob. It happens for a few weeks or so. It is called that cuz it is usually worst when you wake up due to laying for so long. It gets better I promise. I propped myself up at an angle for weeks to help prevent this. I just used extra pillows. And got myself angled upright. You may want to try that. It really helps reduce the pain of laying down. And the armpits....this is a biggie for me. I STILL have marks. I had to wear the strap OVER my shirt AND put something soft and large in between, like a sock. This really reduced the pain and stopped the cutting of my skin. It was still uncomfortable, cuz I already had the cuts, but it prevented further injury and made it a lot better! Obviously that won't help much if you're leaving you're house. I just didn't wear my strap outside my house. But my PS didn't require me to wear it very long either. Prolly because mine are so large and dropped pretty good on their own from the weight. I did see your pics. You are gonna love it. You're looking very good so far. It'll only get better too! I kinda wish I could do an arm lift but both the PS consults I did think I didn't need it. I hate the softness underneath. So I'm super happy for you.
My recovery was worst the 1st week and a bit better 2nd week. By week 3 you'll feel much more like yourself. You'll see. I felt awkward and stiff and my back really hurt the 1st week or so too. That is NORMAL!

I'm so thankful for you!
It is great to have someone there for you that has gone through it and has such positive attitude!
I am sleeping on my recliner but I will try the pillows also :-) I am not the most patient person haha! And it has only been a week, like you say it will get better :-)
Thanks for your advise and for answering my questions. I feel much better now. Thank you!

You are very welcome! We gotta stick together and support each other. Although there's lots of us PS ladies out there...there really aren't alot of us. And we aren't always obvious in a crown either. If you know what I mean. Which is why these forums are so important. Any time.
