5 weeks post op Breast Augmentation and arm lift
I can't believe it has been 5 weeks since my surgery! I'm feeling 100% now and so ready to get back to the gym. Surgeon gave me clearance to do it at 6 weeks so one more to go.

So did TT mean something about the arms? I had never seen arm surgery before. What does TT stand for? I have those bat wings and they won't go away with lifting weights or resistance. Makes me look like a have fat arms. Weights and resistance does not improve the back. The front, yes. I have thought about it but had no idea that is what the scar would be like. Thanks for showing me. Maybe it has faded now more than I would imagine.?

Hi :-)
TT stands for Tumy Tuck. I had a TT last year and my arm lift and breast augmentation 5 weeks ago. I too had the bat wings and I too do weight lifting but after losing 120 pounds there was no way to get rid of the skin unless I had the arm lift.
I'm glady post was a little bit of help. You can go on my profile so you can see my TT procedure. My arm scars are getting better every day but I'm only 5 weeks post op. If you see my 25 day post above you can see what my TT looks like now after one year. It us barely visible :-) I used mepitac tape for scar therapy and I just started it for my arms also, hopefully it will work as wonderful as it did for my TT.
Merry Christmas!

Sorry, how dumb of me. TT, tummy tuck. I could use one of those also. I had a hysterectomy and afterwards, have this lap hanging over the scar. And I am thinking they would just go into that U or smiley shaped scar across there and do then pull my tummy up if that is what they do and cut off the loose skin. Congrats on that much weight loss. I think my arms have always been meaty but as I age, they get floppier and floppier. I will try to find your TT pictures now.

No worries! Not dumb. I'm glad you asked, we all have been there :-)
Yes, I needed a hip to hip incision and MR (Muscle repair) it depends on how much skin you have, it could be a mini tuck instead of a full tuck. I had 3 pounds of saggy skin and 4 inches ab separation. (Diastasis recti)
And thank you :-) it was hard but worth it!
Wereyou able to find my TT story?
Let me know if you didn't I'll send you a private message :-)

Today is my 25 day post op. I am feeling better every day. I'm really happy so far but I know I still have a long way to go to see the final result.

I have only used neosporin for my scars. I'll start using mepitac tape in a few days. I used it last year for my TT scar and it worked great :-)

Never heard of that. I used the silicone scar strips when my scars were so sensitive that I was going crazy. And after I was cleared I mainly used tea tree oil and then bio oil. Sometimes coconut oil too. It depends how I feel that day. Mine are already flat but still pink. They are healing so nicely. I really do love my PS. I think he's a genius. And I know he does alot of facial stuff too. I bet all those patients of his love him too! I wish everyone had such good experiences with their surgeries and doctors!!!

Mepitac tape is very good to make the scars fade. Maybe you could give it a try :-)
