Prescribed lots of creams and antibiotics, then to Spironolactone with little to no relief

I was under Dr Laurens care for over a year, she was treating me for hormonal cystic acne. I was prescribed lots of creams and antibiotics, then to spironolactone with little to no relief, my symptoms got worse. I now have seen different doctors who think I have Stills Disease. It would have been nice to have her refer me to a rheumatologist early on, since I’m very sick at this point. She referred me to a neurologist instead. She had accused me of picking even though I was not which was hard for me to understand why my doctor wouldn’t listen to me. I spent a year in the care of someone who didn’t listen and didn’t have much sympathy for me at all. All she did was say I have no medical explanation for that! If you have auto immune skin issues go find a different doctor.
