Eventually visiting Mr Marando, I found him very understanding, approachable and professional. He explained exactly what he could do, showing me photographic evidence of other patients who had had similar procedures. I had my operation on 27th March 2017 and because I had been so well informed I knew exactly what to expect. I have had a number of follow up appointments and felt well looked after.

I was very nervous before my consultation, however I found Mr Marando very approachable. Time was not an issue. He asked lots of questions, was very informative, honest about expectations, " fors and againsts." At the end on the Consultation there was no pressure at all to make a decision, he suggested that I go away and give it much thought and only then to go back again for a further consultation, which I did with the decision to proceed. He gave me the confidence to continue and I would highly recommend him to anyone. My Husband who came with me also decided to proceed with a procedure he had been thinking about for a while and we were both in Hospital together which suited our circumstances ... Nothing was too much trouble.
