Managed to find my before picture randomly the other day! So nice to be able to compare the two side by side!
Final Check-up
Right, I'm 7.5 weeks in! I had my final meeting with my surgeon Dr. Simon Lee on Thursday the 23rd of Feb - which was really good, he confirmed the colour would blur, and advised that gentle massaging of the area would help with the discomfort. I'm so happy with my result, I really can't begin to say how much I just wish I had done it sooner!
I used to feel so self-conscious in gym pants, worrying that I had a bulge going on! Now I feel so good, I actually don't worry about it at all, I don't even think about it which is great! My boyfriend loves my new-found confidence, naked walking around is 100% happening haha - it just feels right, like I can totally embrace myself now, without the discomfort and the embarrassment.

Dr. Simon Lee and his secretary Jane were amazing. I didn't actually go and see anyone else, as my friend recommended Spire and Dr. Lee made me feel super comfortable. He explained that the flap reconstructive technique would leave me with the most natural look, still 'plush', but not empty. In total I had 2 meetings and Jane was incredibly organised and communicative - I really haven't been able to fault the service I received at all.
