Dr Ross was very highly recommended to operate on the affected area behind my right ear which was becoming larger and increasing in discomfort. After first consultation I was very happy to have Dr Ross operate on me and the procedure could take place promptly, although there was some doubt as to the area to be treated being at the limit for this operation. The operation was carried out promptly and very professionally and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome.
