Did he lower ur nostrils? Cuz my nostrils are high after the first rinoplasti and really hate them .. :(((
He brought the whole nose down when he lengthened it

Your case is similar to mine. Did he use your own rib to wide and length your nose?
Yes I had a rib graft, my nose is slimmer now but longer x

Just really the fronts I have already put up. Nose feels fine, still very solid but early days
You look fantastic!! I showed my PS who told me don't want rib nose and no one who gets revision is happy. I told him well I have no choice since I'm never wanted a shortened nose, sutured tip, tip graft, lowered bridge, narrowed nose...none of what you did buddy. I said look at this. He looked and said "wow. Good result. Well done". But ask her how she feels. With her stiff nose....
I said I will!! I think stiff is worth it if you look good and feel pretty again!
Thank you, my nose was still stiff after a year and a bit after my first surgery and that was without rib. If it stays stiff I'm not that bothered as I love it. I wouldn't have got the same result without rib. Maybe if he had done my primary I wouldn't have had to have it
Yeah if my doctor accepted the fact I didn't want plastic and wouldn't sign consent I wouldn't be in this position. I never talked to him about it and we never did photos nothing together. He declared my nose was too long. How he got me to sign consent on that anxiety ridden day I don't. Regret ever getting septum
Done and showing up. He think I will grow to love the nose he created. I liked my natural nose. I had it for 46 years and didn't want it changed. Big messy ethnic Greek nose. Now I have nothing. Seeking rib.. not sure if Ion is skilled at lengthening and creating tip with rib only. . Haven't seen that many results. Your stands out for me. So happy for you!!

He managed to lengthen mine and sort Tip using rib only. My nose hasn't got smaller, Hardly at swelling now either

I had a big roman nose slim straight but with a bump. Ive now got an assyemetrical fat uneven nostril mess with zero bridge. Dr ion did a superb job here as usual.
