I Am a 49 Year Old ( Soon to Be 50!) Needing Something Drastic Done!

I noticed my eye bags a few years ago, especially when passing mirrors- they seemed to be accentuated. They really bothered me so decided that one day I would do something about them! Three years later and very unsure still I finally made the appointment to go and see Mr Karoo. A week before the operation I had a panic attack and thought I could not go ahead with the operation as I was afraid of not coming through the surgery. Within half an hour of my e-mail to Mr Karoo's secretary I had a phone call from Mr Karoo himself. He was so lovely. He talked me through the procedure again and reassured me. I am so glad I listened and had the surgery. He has been truly amazing and at every step has been supportive and caring. I did it and I am so proud of myself! It really has changed by life.
