I had been considering an augmentation for years, after having kids left my breasts, what little I had left were looking very deflated and saggy. I finally decided to go through with my BA with dr Ver halen last year after a good friend of mine went to him and I was so impressed with her results. He did such an amazing job on her I opted for the same exact thing, silicone under the muscle(initially I wanted saline), with the scars in the crease. I am so happy that I did it now.
