40 lb weight loss after gaining LOTS of weight during all 3 of my pregnancies. My stomach was extremely saggy with a lot of extra skin. The scar is definitely a trade-off, but in my opinion extremely worth it. My stomach is tight and flat. I feel more comfortable and confident in my body then I have my entire life.
