I was always self conscious about my small breasts. I always wore padded bras and swim suits and avoided anything that I couldn't wear padding with. I decided it was now or never to have augmentation. With my son raised and out of college I was in a position that I could afford the cost of the procedure and and the time to recover from it. My only regret is I waited so long to do it. There is some pain but Dr. Kasden makes sure you have medication to help with that. My husband was skeptical about it and he is pleased with out come as well.

I don't know where to start. From the moment I met Dr. Kasden he put me at ease. He spent a long time talking to me about what I wanted and really listened to my concerns. He explained all the options regarding size, profile, shape, material and placement. He helped me to determine an appropriate size for my height and weight (5'7" 126lbs.) and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I am only 3 weeks post op but everything is healing well and it is exactly what I envisioned as far as the size goes. I am proportional and look natural. I highly recommend Dr. Kasden and his staff they are accommodating, friendly, and professional!
