He and his staff make you feel comfortable and answer all questions whether you think they are silly or not - to them every questions and answer is important to your overall health and understanding of the procedure being performed. They have a caring attitude towards every patient at all times and that was well worth my peace of mind and the money spent. I never had one single ounce of doubt before/during or after my procedure.
