I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted natural looking full breast I started as a 32 A/B not sure whether I'm a full see or small D yet not able to wear bras just yet. But for one month my breast has fluff my scars look amazing. My right boob absolutely no pain my left every now and then but I assume it's because I'm left handed and do everything with that hand. Still haven't got all of my feeling in my nipples. I can feel my right more Than left but I'm sure it will be fine. Over all every thing looks great. I am very happy!! I received 450CC under the muscle.
