I cannot believe this is actually happening! I have been researching on RS for years, and now I finally get to review my own procedure. I am set to get 400(left breast)/375(right breast) Ideal Implant on 5/15/18.
I had originally picked 350cc, but went back about a month later to size up because I would rather wake up too big than too small. One of the nurses said she recommended staying at or below 400cc to reduce complication risk and so I won't regret it when I'm older, and when I asked my PS about it, he agreed. So, 400cc seemed to be my personal max, and I'm happy with it.
Pre-op, I am a 32B (sister size 34A, though the 32B fits me better). My PS said my breasts were a little constricted, but that he doesn't want to lower the fold and thinks the implants will take care of it (and he has pictures to prove that this works!). My goals are to be proportionate, but to also have more than a handful. Haha. I've been a member of the itty bitty committee since I was 11, and have been wanting to cancel my membership since I was 11, too. :P
I will post my pre-op photos and sizer photos soon. I have ordered the Burvogue recovery bra from Amazon, as well as the fruit of the loom front closure bras. I picked my meds up the other day, too. Now it's just a waiting game...only one month left! :)

Good luck! Wonderful proportion on the size you’ve chosen

Thank you so much! Size has been the most anxiety inducing part for me, so it's nice to have reassurance!!

LOL, whoops! Used my other account to reply on accident. I reserved this one for my BA review since I was more active on this one...I used the other one for a different procedure question so I had separation. That's what I get for being here too early. :P

You’re welcome. Your results are amazing! I hope my procedures go as well. It’s a big step for sure!

Day of Surgery...The Girls are Here!

It happened! The surgery took about an hour, and I woke up pretty disoriented. They had to use a catheter on me because I couldn't pee because of nerves, but they had to make sure I wasn't pregnant, lol. Embarrassing for sure, but they were super nice about it!
I'm taking my pain pills on a schedule, and the pain really isn't that bad. It's more pressure than anything. Sometimes it feels like a pulled muscle, other times I get pains around my nipples. I occasionally have sharp-ish pains, but honestly it's not bad (in my opinion...we'll see how tomorrow goes ;)).
I ended up with 400cc in the left breast, and 390cc in the right. I am beyond happy. My surgeon and his staff are awesome.
I go in tomorrow for my first post-op appointment, and they'll put me in a bra instead of this wrap. I'm so excited to see them!
