So, I am just under 3 weeks away from having a tummy tuck and breast implants. I had my breasts uplifted 3 years ago and was very happy with them, but I have lost lots of weight and they are looking empty now. After much deliberation, I decided to take the plunge and have implants. I'm having 300cc implants, I'm currently around a 32D (having been a 32E after my uplift) and am hoping that they will boost me a couple of cups to be able to fit back into all my lovely bras! I just hope they don't look fake and stuck on but Mr Hurren has assured me that won't happen.
I am exercising like mad trying to get myself into a good physical shape for my tt and hopefully still toning the muscles under the flab. Mr Hurren thinks I will just need a straight forward tummy tuck with no muscle repair. He did offer me a mini tuck but I decided that if a job is worth doing (and the price difference between a full and mini tuck was minimal) it's worth doing properly. He did say if the muscles do need repairing, he will crack on and do that.
I have only booked 4 weeks off of work and I'm hoping that I will be back to some sort of normality by this time. I am hoping that I also won't get too much of the 'swell hell' I've read about but I am still unclear if this is from all tt or worse for ladies who have had muscle repair too. I've read some people six months down the line still suffering from swelling.
I had my pre op assessment yesterday and I hope that everything is ok.
The cost is in GBP not USD....I couldn't change it and haven't converted the cost.

Day of Surgery
mdrake35December 15, 2017
On 8th Dec I went in for my tummy tuck and bread augmentation. Mr Hurren was as lovely as always but I found the anaesthetist didn't really listen to what I was saying about suffering badly from post operative nausea. He blamed pain killers afterwards causing sickness but as I knew I would, I came round feeling very sick but the nurses in recovery quickly gave me something to stop this and again later on in the evening when once again I started to heave (not good after a tt, I can tell You!).
Surgery went well, which is all I could've asked for.
