I am writing this review at 18 DPO. I am a mom of three awesome kids and an avid runner so that means I had NO boobs. Like nothing but nipples ladies. I was a 32AA. But today I went to Victoria Secret and was measured at a 32C! So happy about that!

My stats:
5'5"
115 lbs
Pre Op: 32AA

I got Allergan 410 FX 315cc. Now I'm a 32 C at 18 DPO.

Overall, I'm very happy with it all. My size, my surgeon, my experience. My right boob is practically normal while my left is a bit higher and more swollen still. It makes me feel lopsided at times. Lefty is also bigger. I hope they equal out as time goes on.

No running until 4 weeks. I'm getting close! I have been riding my spin bike (easy) and doing air squats and lunges.

That dress looks fab on you! Is there anything you wish you had known before undergoing a BA?

Well, I guess I would have known more about the recovery period. I didn't realize just how painful it would be the first week. I'm 3 weeks past my surgery now and things feel so much better! I wish I would have known about each boobs differing recovery time. I was really stressed out at first about one size being bigger (I still am lopsided). But after reading lots of reviews on this website, I've realized it's normal.

I'm in a similar spot as you as far as size and kids! Surgery scheduled for next Friday.. how was recovery?

Recovery was rough the first week. Plan on not lifting your arms. I just sat on the couch. But after two weeks, things get a lot better. By one month, you are pretty normal. It's hard to not fully workout but I'm slowly getting back into it. Good luck!!

Ditto on recovery awareness! I thought I was prepared but I couldn't open my meds and everyone mentioned an elephant sitting on your chest but it's more like a horse back kicked you in the chest and then a family of elephants steps on you ;) but I just dropped in to say I love the dress! Clothing looks completely different when you add a curve up top and it's just lovely!

You look great! I too am an avid runner and am getting mine this Thursday, happy but worried about recovery!

Hi there! We have similar frames and activity levels so I wanted to reach out and see how things are going? I'm scheduled for Nov 6. I'm 5'8", 120 or so, and do crossfit. I'm very small and want to be proportional, NOT top heavy. Deliberating between 275 mid profile and 320 high profile (both teardrop). Small difference between the two, but I'm so scared to make the wrong choice! I want to look natural and curvy but not too big. I really don't want to be over a C cup. (my profile story is still loading, but you can check out pics when they are up---your "before" and mine are nearly identical!!)

I would go with 320. I am so glad I got 315! They are perfect! I am back to running and crossfitting 100% and they don't get in the way at all!

That's so great! I ended up splitting the difference and going with 300 cc textured teardrop, high profile. Surgery in 6 days (eeeek!). Remind me--did you do the teardrop shape? If so, are you pleased with shape of this implant? And are you still wearing about a 32 C? Just trying to get a sense of where I will end up!

I am 3 weeks post augmentation and the tape over my incisions needs to fall off! I pulled it back a bit after my shower today. I am anxious to see my scars!

4 weeks... Started running again

I went for my first run yesterday. I ran 5 miles. My right breast is very achy. When I got home, I had that weird squishy air bubble feeling underneath it. It made me concerned so I texted my surgeon. He told me it was all normal. But I did not like the feel of it so I may wait a few more days before I run again

You're looking awesome already! Love how they turned out and love the size. I am an avid crossfitter also, so I don't want boobs that will be too big. Do you know what your BWD was?! Thanks and happy healing!

I don't know what my BWD was... sorry! I should ask my surgeon. I'll get back to you!

How amazing that you could be given the okay to resume running so soon! When did you go back to CrossFit training? At the same time? Thanks for sharing your story. Hoping that you can update since it’s been so long.

Forgot to mention that our results look great! I just had a revision because my one side was riding high - a lot more noticeable than yours. I hope that it has since resolved. Cheers!
