There are other people who have taken the time to do very detailed reviews with progress pictures. People like you and the one after you are why people don't like to report back after surgery.

And there are people paid to promote..i would not select a surgeon because the staff are friendly & treat me like family!!

This is a marketing site, whoever can create a account and post a review. Any receptionist can go on write a review about how great the staff is and do it over and over again from different accounts. The same receptionist can also write a bad review for the surgeon across the street. When someone is creating a account just to post one review on one specific surgeon, without any pictures and 5 stars and without have ever being active before, it's a big red flag for me. I learnt that the hard way. I think you kind of have to take these type of reviews with a grain of salt and truly question the credibility. It's naive to think any other way.

It's up to each of us to do thorough research before we choose a doctor. I use other websites other than RS. Only one or two before and after pictures are one thing. Someone posting pictures from before and basically updates at 1 week, 1 month, 3 month and up to a year after isn't faking anything. Especially when they don't even live in the same country as the clinic.

Thank you, idk why people have to post on my stuff so negatively if you they don’t believe move on. There’s plenty of photos and comments showing I did have a beautiful result from my surgery. I’m happy and plan on going back for a possible v shape later.

Yes but this site can also confuse you as there is a lot of bad surgeons here that have 5 star reviews. When I posted this there were no photos. This person didn't post any photos until recently, so I'm no longer questioning the credibility. I don't see it as a negative thing to do, it's rather wise.

What do you mean, go back for a possible v shape? Regarding the tip?

Yeah I understand, and v shape is the shape of the face like chin and jaw area, I have also been thinking about fat graphing as well!

You can move on to other reviews with 100 pictures. But do not badger or bully those who are not comfortable with putting their face on here.

One girl I used to follow was so kind to put up many pictures only to have someone steal them and put them up on a [RS bleep] site. She was also harassed by men who come here for nothing but to look at pictures of women (she wasn't the only one). So perhaps you should look past you and your desires to the reasons why someone wouldn't want to post pictures.

Another point I forgot to make is that no matter how many pics you put, some people will always want more. I have seen reviews with literally 100 pics and and under them are requests for more. People are never satisfied.

Again, thank you for your review and pictures. Many of us want to give back to the community that helped, but the bad few force us to change our minds. I am already reconsidering and my surgeries are not until April.

That's fine since I reported you for bullying. There are mods here already. It's not your job to call out shill accounts. They can deal with you from here on out.
