Apologies for not posting pictures first time around. I hit the submit button too soon. Tattoo is healing well. Most of the scans have fallen off and the itch wasn't too bad this time around. I think using coconut oil really helped me this week.

I started my tattoo removal journey in February of this year. I'm going to a plastic surgeon/aesthetician who also does tattoos. I'm not too sure if this place is the best but, they have an English website so that was a big plus.
I started by sending the doctor a picture of my tattoo for the consultation. I was quoted 300 000won (about $300) per treatment and told it would take about 8 treatments.
The strange thing about this process (in Korea) is that after I have the laser treatment done. The doctor doesn't do anything to the tattoo. I don't get it bandaged. I'm told I don't have to put anything on it and if there are blisters to just leave them alone.
Aftercare is pretty simple. I started off with putting palmers cocoa butter on it when it was drying out in the winter. And recently bio oil came to Korea so, I've been putting that on the tattoo.
My fourth treatment was on Thursday (August 1) and the doctor told me once again that I might get some blistering and this was the first time it was really bad. But, after putting coconut oil on it. It felt soothed and the blisters disappeared by Sunday.
From upclose I can see that the tattoo is fading. But, from a distance I can't see a difference in my tattoo.
The doctor asked that I come in for treatment every four weeks but, I have been unable to do so because of work commitments. So, I go in every 6-8 weeks.

Great review thank you, do you have any photo's you can share? I wonder why it doesn't get covered, mine bleeds/leeks stuff, so I have to cover it, does yours not do that?
Thanks,

Well, the doctor doesn't put anything on my tattoo after the laser process. He just zaps it and sends me on my way. And I'm told not to put anything on it or shower for the rest of the day. I usually break and put aloe, bio oil or coconut oil on it to soothe the burn.
