Orthognatic No-Tie Two-Jaw; Malar Cheek Zygoma Reduction; and Mandible V-line Reduction - South Korea

I Went to South Korea in the spring of 2014 and received the following procedures at ID HOSPITAL:
-Orthognatic "2-Jaw" surgery;
-Mandible "V-line" surgery;
-Malar Cheek Zygoma reduction surgery;
-Upper eyelids ptosis Repair; and
-V3 Lifting (threadlift).
April 9, 2014, was the day of my surgery. I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days post-op.
It was the scariest experience of my life. Their operating room was in the very basement of their building. It felt very ominous.
After the surgery, blood was coming out of my mouth and nose and I had tubes going down my throat. It was very difficult to breathe.
I stayed in Korea for 6 weeks, receiving their weekly after-care treatments. When I got back home to the States, at about 2 months, I noticed that the skin around my mouth, jawline and neck were beginning to sag, and the corners of my mouth turn downwards. As the days and months went by, the sagging and drooping around my mouth, jaw and neck became more and more pronounced.
My pictures speak for themselves. I paid ID HOSPITAL over $30K for cosmetic surgery, to be young and beautiful, but instead, people have been telling me that ID made my face look twenty years older.
The sagging is persistent and requires surgical correction more frequently than normal. I have had two correctional surgeries since then. Their results and reviews are not included in this post.

Clearly, you did not need jaw angle reduction. Your jaw line was not even a low jaw angle, it was high angle. How can any doctor give you jaw reduction??

I meant to say, you did not need jaw reduction because you did not have wide jaws at all. It was a good face.

I really like your before profile, jawline is visible and chin is regal. I hope you find happiness at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you for sharing, do you plan on doing any revisions or skin treatments? It's not just you, there are many patients from ID that got issues from them, I wish you the best and I hope you will be able to find some treatments that will help!

what really concerns me is that ID clinic (and other famous Korean clinics) botched several patients and yet they claim to be the best and more and more people travel to them across the country. These clinics are absolutely horrific

I wish I could do something to improve the sagging. I don't have the money to do any further work and even if I did, I don't know if I should go through with it. I'm scared.

Thank you for sharing such personal information, and the fact it turned out so bad, my heart goes out to you but I admire you greatly for sharing. Only for reading stories like this I was considering the same surgery in Korea.
I hope you are not in pain, at least that might be some comfort as many are.
Needless to say I don't think you needed it in the first place, but I presume you've heard this 100 times but we all make mistakes and misjudgements in life. You didn't harm anybody, but I admire your courage for sharing your story. I hope things have improved and your keeping well.
