Cheekbone and square angle reduction were performed by Dr. Sungjae Ahn, who not only gave excellent results but also took me through detailed, heart-warming consultation. I knew I was in good hands the second I met him. Along with the surgery came impeccable treatment and after care. I was told concerning stories about after care at other clinics, but id Hospital provided intensive care at the patient's unit and treatment facility. The nurses, interpreters were very professional and caring. If any of you are hesitant about undergoing plastic surgery in Korea, consider id as your number one pick! There are tons of plastic surgery hospitals in korea which made it difficult for me to know which ones can be relied upon. I chose ID hospital because apparently they’re the only plastic surgery hospital that’s certified by the ministry of health and welfare. They have a 24-hour hospital ward that ensured my safety if I ever needed help. The same doctor who did my consultation also performed my surgery and he was very thorough and really listened to my preferences. The staff is also very attentive and are so kind. I’ve already recovered really well from my surgery and am considering another visit sometime soon.

I had breast surgery at ID Hospital, and I’m extremely satisfied. I was a bit worried it might feel like a factory process because the hospital is large and busy, but it wasn’t like that at all. Dr. Byun, who performed my surgery, spoke with me directly in English during the consultation and recommended the implants that suited me best, which made me feel even more confident. Since it was a major surgery, I had many concerns, but nowadays they use Dermabond instead of stitches, which made the post-surgery recovery much more comfortable. It’s still early days, but I wanted to share a bit about how everything has gone so far because the experience has honestly been super positive. Before going to Korea, I was nervous, especially travelling so far for something like this. But from the moment I arrived at ID, I felt 100% looked after. I got a rhinoplasty, jawline reduction, cheekbone reduction, fat injected to my forehead. The staff was very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. They had English translators and me visuals of what the process was going to look like. They provided spa treatment twice for my face and were very very gentle with the stitches.
