in small garment

Moved down to a small contour garment.
Other was way to big it didn't even feel good anymore haha :-) I loved and got used to the garment being tight and missed it when it loosened up. It was wonderful getting into the small.
My legs are pinched sausages in the small but that's okay lol

Are you still having Seroma? Your results look great!!! Us the Seroma area hard still--- my area below my belly button is still hard and sore...

I do not have seroma, but I do have scar tissue that got left behind because of it... In one month I have a revision to take it out.

I also am massaging the area to break down the scar tissue with heat... A rice pack heated in the microwave meant for therapy. I also use a TENS unit to break the scar tissue down as well promote healing. the hard feeling went away because of it. But the Bulge is still there. I'll post pictures tomorrow of it.

TENS unit works amazing healing. It allows the scar to form properly and heal properly.

Posting picture tomorrow...I've had a big cold come on..too much coughing. Tummy hurts. Naturally. It eould even without a tt.
