I needed a facelift procedure as my cheeks and jaws had noticeably sagged and age lines became very prominent giving me a very tired and a haggard appearance.
I was loosing my self confidence so I began to research a good plastic surgeon in
the US on the internet. Came across several names and read their reviews. I then short listed a few and took down their telephone numbers.
I began doing my homework and after a long search I hit Dr. Andrew Miller's number. I talked to him after seeking an appointment.
To me just one appointment to discuss my problem wasn't enough. I knew I had more questions to ask and get more answers from him.
Each time out of the 5 times I met him over a long period of time he didn't realize that actually I was taking feedbacks. I would ask him targeted questions and he would be very cool, calm and patient giving the answers. To give an example of one of the questions I asked him whether there existed a possibility of a nerve damage resulting in partial paralysis of the face. He answered that this had never ever happened at his clinic ( and I noticed him touching wood) and he also added very honestly that anything unforeseen could happen in a surgery as each patient was different and reacted differently to procedures. I felt it was a very honest answer and that he was not trying to hide anything.
Besides having an outstanding staff I felt that Dr, Andrew Miller was very clear in his diagnosis and the challenges of my condition. He is a busy specialist with a resultant high number of cases at hand.
After I satisfied myself from every angle, I finally made my choice and decided to have the procedure done at his New Jersey clinic. He is one of the best doctors in his line in the US. He is skilled with an excellent good nature. He personally rang me up the day after to inquire about how I was feeling as is the usual courtesy and spoke with me at length. That was a great gesture.
I would highly recommend Dr. Andrew Miller.
