I haven't been on here in awhile. Just wanted to put up an updated pic. There are a couple hard spots but not much left to heal. I am very happy with the results. I paired the healing with a healthy diet and exercise.

Sore
So sore from working out, but a good sore. Was really swollen this evening. Idk why. Maybe from my Fri/Sat work out who knows. I have to keep reminding myself that results take 3-6 months so I'm not surprised by my soreness or pain.

I just got four impacted wisdom teeth out last Thursday and my face is swollen (not surprisingly), but the weird thing is that it made the swelling from my lipo worse, too! I give up on understanding any of this stuff! :D
