I wanted to write my review because I haven't seen...
$7,900
I wanted to write my review because I haven't seen many on here with loose skin before the procedure. 2 years ago I weighed in at 240 pounds. I lost weight rapidly and I've kept it off. I currently weigh 149 and I'm 5'5. I exercise rigorously and eat well but I haven't been able to get over my plateau for about a year now. My procedure is next week and I'm not too nervous... I've had quite a few surgeries in my short 28 years. I've added my pre-op pictures! I'm getting upper and lower abs, waist and hips. The hips are my biggest concern so hopefully I get the results I'm paying for! Wish me luck!!!

Post Surgery!!!
Well I had my procedure today and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be! I actually fell asleep for most of it only waking up to turn over! The most uncomfortable part was the numbing solution. I looked so bloated like I was 6mo pregnant! They removed 1500ccs of fat/fluid from my body and I'm in the compression wrap so I can't tell what I look like at all so far... But I took a photo of what they had taken out and I'll post that along with this. I was prescribed Percocet and a Zpac (allergic to anmoxicillian). I was checking out some other reviews and feel like they didn't take out as much as I wanted but I still can't tell what I'm going to look like. I get to shower in the morning so I will post pics as soon as I can. Also I was told I can use arnica gel to reduce swelling and bruising so I applied that about 24hrs before the surgery. Crossing my fingers!!!

It's really difficult to know whether most of the numbers people say are straight-up fat or fat+tumescent solution. In my case, I looked at the jar and only counted the yellow stuff, but in some people's cases, it looks like it's all yellow stuff. So it's hard to compare. You did a great job on your weightloss on your own, so I don't know how much fat there was to remove, but hopefully tomorrow you'll like what you see (before you start swelling :).)

I'm hoping so too! Thanks for the support! I'll be posting those pictures as soon as I can! I don't think I have ever been so excited about something in my whole life!!!

Natural weight loss. Weight weight training HIIT and eating to preform!
I wanted to post my pictures from my natural weight loss to my pre op pictures. Just so people can get an idea on where I started to where I hit my plateau and decided lipo was my best option. I hope this helps people that are in my same situation!

Could you please explain your diet when you say 'eating to perform'? :)

Eating to preform is basically not restricting calories. I would eat larger amounts of food broken up into micro and macro nutrients. Adding more carbs on high intensity days. And using proteins and fats on my more moderate days. Gauging when/what I should be eating by the workouts for those days. I started focusing on how I felt during my workouts rather than what the scale said. You can Google eat to preform and they have a whole website about metabolic flexibility. The book is like 79 dollars but I have it downloaded so if your interested I can send you the link for the book so you don't have to pay lol. :)

That is the way to do it! I will only allow myself some good carbs on the days I hit it hard!
You look so good and I'm so proud of you! You've come a long way! I love your pics! That side view one, you posed exactly the same from 2 years ago and now lol love it!

Congratulations! You look fabulous :D. Good luck on Thursday, and we look forward to seeing you on the other side.
I'm curious whether you've had any other elective surgery, or whether this will be your first :). Since elective surgeries tend to be less stressful, in my opinion :).
