I just wanted to give a quick update. I had my 1 week post opt appointment and the doctor said that I am still very swollen and hard. The hard areas is from not laying flat or walking enough. Its hard to walk around when you have a desk job. Last week was my first day back at work since my procedure and it was difficult and a little painful but I got through it. I can see a difference but only a few pounds off the scale. I am trying to watch what I eat and will be increasing my activity. I've caught a cold so a slight set back but once that goes away I will hit the gym. I am wearing the CG 24 hours a day and its not bad. No more meds. Pain level less 2. There are still some tender areas but not as bad as last week. Will post picture soon.
