WORTH IT
I am 48 and although I have been fortunate in the wrinkle department, I suffer from 'skin laxity' which basically means it looks as if the lower half of your face is falling down (thank you Zoom in the last 2 years for bringing this to my attention)!
Not ready to do anything super aggressive which requires massive downtime, it was suggested by the amazing Dr. Ali Ghanem in London to try Endolift followed by Sofwave and I must say I am THRILLED with the results.
(NB: there was a 6 month break between treatments and I am writing this 3 weeks after my Sofwave).
Endolift - I was told beforehand that the results will not be immediate rather a slow and steady improvement...I met up with a friend 3 months later and she mentioned without prompting that it looked like I lost weight because she could, "see it in my face". I hadn't lost a pound so I knew it was the Endolift! Within the next 3 months, I too became convinced that my jowls were looking much tighter and my jawline more defined.
When Dr. Ghanem showed me my before/after photos 6 months after the Endolift, I hand on heart thought this was the best treatment I have ever done in my life. I honestly could have stopped there but just wait for what happened next...
Sofwave - Like the Endolift - there was no downtime whatsoever (I went out with friends after both treatments if that gives any indication). Now I cannot lie it was slightly uncomfortable BUT I saw results within 2 weeks! There was definite tightening and smoothing of the lines on my neck as well as an actual lifting effect on my forehead which meant I could see more of my eyelids - it was like a mini-eye lift! My overall complexion looked smoother as well and I look forward to my next office visit to look at the before/after photos!
Although it may sound like having both treatments back-to-back may be excessive - I assure you it is worth it! The compliments I am getting from friends and family members start with a, "...did you do something? what is it???" so I am now telling the world that Dr. Ghanem is a man you need to meet. He is at the forefront of the latest technology and is extremely informative and takes time to explain everything to ensure his patients are comfortable. Thank you so much!!!

As for myself, I had Endolift last July and my lower face was quite swollen for 5-6 days before swelling started to subside. Since then my face has been much tighter than before and has continued to improve. Excellent technique with great results, you won't be disappointed.
