I had an amazing experience with Professor Ghanem that I would like to share. I had a tightening eye treatment called Madonna Eyes (fractional CO2) that delivered excellent results, above and beyond all my expectations. I had a bad experience with under eye filler done at another clinic a few years back. The filler was causing significant issues and was subsequently dissolved, leaving my under eye area like a deflated baloon, saggy and aged. I was incredibly upset about it and was mentally preparing for surgery as other non surgical treatments, also done by other providers, such as microneedling and RF, didn't help the slightest. I then discovered Professor Ghanem, who was like a god sent gift to me!I has 3 sessions that completely reversed all the damage and ALL aging process in my lower eyelid. I went to see Dr Ghanem at the end of last year for a consultation. Being in my early 50s things had started to sag and wrinkle particularly eyes, chin and neck. He recommended a half face and neck lift along with an upper and lower eye blepharoplasty. It was quite a lengthy procedure, but I was made to feel very comfortable and although it wasn't a general anesthesic, I felt nothing at all during it. Following the procedure Dr Ghanem and his colleagues were on hand to allay any fears or concerns I had, even using facetime while he was abroad so he could monitor my recovery. After a few weeks I could see a big improvement and am delighted with the results. He also performed a laser treatment which has enhanced the results further without too much discomfort or inconvenience. Dr Ghanem is clearly very well thought of in his field and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any cosmetic precudure large or small. I felt very that I was in safe and very competent hands!

Hello Realself community, I am a 37 yo male (turning 38 in 2 months). I started having preventative botox and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments about 10 years or so ago (all done very discreetly and age-appropriately, I should add). I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to in this case, given how impressed I am with the care I received and the extremely positive results I keep noticing day-by-day since I started seeing Dr. Ali and his team at the Ghanem Clinic. A bit more background: I have been to literally dozens of aesthetic clinics all over London (mainly around Harley Street). I am extremely particular about my face and if any treatment I have gives away even a hint that something “unnatural” was done in the area, I automatically consider it a failure. I don’t like to look even slightly “done” and don’t ever compromise on natural results. This is my demarcation criterion and based on this, I can state I have met many good doctors, some great doctors, as well as a considerable number of average (and, unfortunately, even mediocre) doctors practicing in the field of aesthetic medicine. I can categorically state that Dr. Ghanem is simply in a league of his own. He is by far the best doctor I have had the privilege (and luck) of meeting in my "age-management" journey. Dr. Ghanem is extremely knowledgeable and meticulous in everything he does. He has such a kind heart, every time I go see him I feel both humbled and inspired. His attention to detail is absolutely impeccable - every treatment I’ve had done at his clinic (either by him or by staff working under his supervision) has had excellent results. I look at least 10 years younger, and results keep improving. Due to genetic propensity, I had struggled with lower face laxity/double chin issues since my early 20s. In the past, I sought to address this by having Ultherapy, microneedling, Coolsculpting, threads, etc. I finally took the plunge and had the Ellevate procedure done by Dr. Ali about 4 months ago. Now I finally have a defined, contoured neck and tight jawline (and results keep getting better). So far, apart from the Ellevate, I have also had botox and a few sessions of laser skin rejuvenation to treat redness, laxity, acne scars, and rough texture. Wow, wow wow, what can I say? Well, firstly Dr. Ali’s botox treatment shouldn’t be simply called "botox", since it’s more like a facelift (but without the risks of over volumising which can occur when having “liquid”, filler-based facelifts. Dr. Ali treats your face globally, injects in areas that are extremely technically demanding and with a level of precision I simply haven’t encountered before (he uses a micro-dosing injection machine, meaning you get exactly the number of units you need). The lasers I’ve had at the Ghanem clinic were done with the most advanced machines available today anywhere, and as a plastic surgeon, Dr. Ali is not afraid of using fully ablative settings (which are more technically demanding but produce way better results). My skin is literally glowing. I’ve truly had life-changing results. Overall, my face hasn’t looked this good in ages. If you are demanding and looking for the best Doctor in the UK, and probably one of the best in the world, go see Dr. Ghanem, and you too will be here writing a review like this soon.
Cannot recommend enough Dr Ghanem, who perfectly performed the otoplasty procedure. I’m very happy with the result- such a life changing decision. Also have to mention that procedure was under local anaesthetic and it was painless, no discomfort or any other issues.

Ellanse stimulates the natural production of collagen in the body. That is to say, Ellanse is designed to engage the body over time, unlike Hyaluronic Acid injections which only provide a temporary filling effect. Ellanse does not contain Hyaluronic Acid.
