I was finally cleared for light workouts on the treadmill and elliptical machine. I did 2.5 miles on the elliptical because I was afraid of how my stomach would react to me actually running on the treadmill. It felt good to be back. My stomach did get hard and there was some swelling but I was fine the next day. It's that time of the month where I have to have sweets; and with all of the office parties around my job my eating hasn't been the best. So I need to be in the gym. I didn't spend this money for nothing.

I wear it 23 hours per day. I have to wear it for 6 weeks. I feel better when it's on. Hard to explain, but I can tell the difference.

I had my belly button stitubes removed yesterday. My doctor's assistant also removed one of my drainage tubes. I haven't had much pain lately. Of course I'm still swollen. I asked about when I'll be able to start working out again; she told me I have to wait 6 weeks. That sucks, because I'm pretty bored.
I'm posting 2 pictures I took today. I'm horrible at taking selfies so they aren't that clear. Sorry. But so far, even with the swelling, I'm happy!
