Hey yes I tried pineapples and juice from it. I took the bromelian that was given in the beginning. The only thing that reduce swelling is to compress. Why do u feel bad?

No, I do t really feel bad. I just swell really bad under my incision and in the pubic area. I did get my Bromelain yesterday and the morning I can already see a huge difference in my swelling, but my compression board also came in the mail yesterday, so I don't know if it's the pineapples and Bromelain, the compression board, or both. I have been faithfully wearing my compression garment, but that didn't seem to help. I just ordered a new faja on Amazon, so maybe a tighter CG will help too. I hope your swelling goes down also. You look great!

But her results are crazy! I just notice most of her patients get smart lipo only, and my quote was for bbl and lipo but I am waiting on email response for smart lipo quote only. Wish me luck. I do not want to be put to sleep and it is less stress on the body.

2 months post I am still pretty sore especially if I go for a short period of time without my compression garment. I weighed 221 at the time but I didn't do it to lose weight I did it to flatten my tummy. I need to exercise and eat right to lose weight.

Thanks for responding. Oh my! Is the pain tolerable in your work setting? I am in the medical field so I am bending lifting (nothing extremely heavy) and moving around for 11+hrs a day... Also the weight question was because at 226, I was told that my BMI is too high to perform the procedure. I had started working out more and on a healthy eating plan but after I was told that, I went hard at it as I felt that was my only way of getting my body back...which is a good thing anyway.

I wouldn't have been able to lift or move excessively 1 or 2 days after what I did do was to keep active by walking and moving and not just sit. For me the procedure was for one specific area I didn't or do not want to exercise I will diet first.

Hey thanks! I didn't do much of anything really except wear my compression garment and binder for two long months. I still wear it just at night. I only changed my diet in the beginning bc I was energized abt my results but old habits die hard. I didn't use the compression board but I see results with users of the board. Did u have ur procedure yet?

I did on the 25th! its like all the swelling is in my kangaroo pouch! And that's what I wanted rid of the most Lol!! I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything I should be doing cause I want my stomach to look like yours! :-D Lol!

Oh the swelling will go down get the board and compress 24 hrs a day for 2 weeks for sure. Congratulations

Thanks I know what pregnancy does to our bodies. I feel good I get frustrated from wearing the compression garment all the time. 24 hours a day and I feel uncomfortable without it. If ur not having any more kids I would say go for it. Research ur dr. and get several consultations and prices.
