Just looking to even things out. I have always had a lower pooch and muffin top. I used to weigh a little over 200 lbs and have kept the weight off for a few years now. But still the pooch and muffin top. No matter how many crunches or side sit ups....it wont budge.
I am a few weeks out from surgery day. I am nervous because my doc initially wanted to do trad lipo but because of $$ i opted for smart lipo instead. I was nervous about going under. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions.

Dr. S did my procedure and I am very please. He did a full tummy tuck on me and it was very impressive. Overtime, the swelling will go down and your stomach will look really nice. You look nice now. Make sure to upload pics

I go friday for follow up. Dr S. and everyone there is super great. I will try and upload tomarrow. They had initally ordered an XL compression garment...Ursula ordered a medium and says she will help me with that. I ordered a fajate off amazon...i love it but its too snug....its cuts off circulation to my lady area...
but could tell a diff in my tummy. And ordered a cheap $13 by heavnly that was too small but its not now and gives me good compression. I think its a medium.

Im 2 days post op. Drainage sucks like my bathtub looks like a murder scene....maybe not that bad....i have pics....promise to upload as soon as i can sit upright at my computer...will try today. to me right now feel like i look saggy...but i stil have numbness and more fluid. When they fill you with fluid you will look 9 months prego. I can either sit or stand. Most in fear of more creasing. Be slow at taking off garment to change bandages. The first two times...i nearly passed out. I got clammy and sweaty. It was bad. Took it off slowly to let everything breathe a little at a time. My bruising isnt bad. And be prepared not to have a BM. I take herbal colon cleanse. It usually takes 12 hours to work. Its been 3 days. Im worried.

You had smart lipo and experiencing all of that? I initializing thought you said the regular lipo...How are things with you now?

Things are coming along....the pain is less and less everyday...but the first week is bad....but it gets better...Dr S did laser and reg together. Still swollen a bit but i rub my tummy anf sides a lot...it hurts to do it but feels better after. I wear an ab board at night. I still have a pooch on lower but not as noticeable....im gonna go to the gym today and get on treadmill...but it gets better after aweek
