WORTH IT

Today I had my Breast Reduction and I am so in love with my new boobies! I just took my first pain med so I can rest and get some sleep tonight. Dr Stephenson is amazing and I know I am still swollen but I am more than pleased with my results already. I was a 38 DDD my new size has yet to be determined.

Congratulations! I had live yesterday (3rd) and I'm also doing reply well. Did not sleep brilliantly well but it was a novelty not to have to sleep with my arms tucked tightly against my body to keep my boobs from rolling onto the bed!! my new boobies are up where they were many years ago. BTW your white bra looks like very comfortable and easy to adjust can you let me know the make so I can check if it's available here in the UK & do you know what a 38ddd equates to in UK sizes?

hi Kim! Congrats on your journey. I called the office for you and the receptionist stated they get their surgical bras from http://www.cavellsboutique.com I also checked the bra size online and a 38DDD is a 38 E in the UK. Hope that helps.

No worries. It's understandable to have some hesitations and anxiety about something so life changing. I can assure you that dr Stephenson and his staff will walk you through the process and give you all the information needed to put your mind at ease. I started by setting an initial consultation with him and he thoroughly explained what he could do to improve my breast shape and size. His staff gathered my insurance info and submitted it and I was approved in about 30 days. It was a very easy process for me but may differ depending on your insurance company. The office information is listed online Signature Plastic Surgery. I'd say call and schedule a consult! Best of luck with everything.

I really don't have any pain. I did the first two days but today I feel pretty ok. I stopped taking the Percocet last night I don't like the way it makes me feel :( but I've been up and moving around a lot. How are you feeling?

it does feel like you've done a million push ups. Do you have any dressings on between the bra and your skin? Never hesitate to reach out to your ps with concerns that's what they are there for!

Ask your ps maybe you can use a light dressing. My dr told me to keep my nips covered with a light maxi pad lol

ive been feeling ok today. My breasts are sore but the pain is manageable. I'm still a little loopy from the surgery though. I've been up walking around and my only complaint is the constant headache. I feel it's more related to sinus pressure. I go for my follow up tomorrow morning and I'm bringing a friend for her br consultation!

I had a headache for 2 days after surgery too my dr said it was from anesthesia then it went away..I was taking sinus pills etc

Omgosh me too. I was taking ibuprofen and they told me to stop asap bc it could affect the healing process. I haven't taken anything though in the past 24 hours. If it gets too bad I'll take a Tylenol
