Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Finally into revisions
I’m on a two month revision plan and the aligners arrived for it like the day after I posted my last update. I’ve thought about this a lot, and while their customer service is lacking, you can’t really argue with the results you get for the price. Because of SDC I have straight teeth and I can move on to other things I want to do (mommy makeover, I’m looking at you...) so overall I’m happy I did this.
So, if you want to get straight teeth and you’re willing to save money by having to deal with a little extra [RS bleep], give SDC a try. I’m attaching a pic of my teeth in m1w3/4 revision trays, and a pic of my teeth at the start of treatment for reference.

Okay, SDC’s customer service is awful.
After calling back about the rescan I had in December 2018 a second time, I was told that my revision plan was never turned in to be reviewed, and the aligners were never made. That was at the end of January. Supposedly they were going to rush the revision aligners and get them to me quickly after this mistake, but it’s now the end of February and I still have nothing and am wearing my m6w3/4 trays.
On 2/16 they did send me a FedEx tracking number, but as of right now (9 days later) nothing has actually been shipped. I did get an email around the 20th asking me to register my non-existent revision aligners again, though, so at least they’re consistent.
I’m honestly so frustrated at this point. I’m concerned that I’m going to end up losing the results that I’ve been able to get up to this point. It’s ridiculous.

Revision is not going so well
Not so happy about the customer service anymore. The new plan was supposed to take a couple of weeks. I heard nothing back and then missed a call from SDC last week. The message they left said that they were calling to ask how I’m doing with the new aligners. The website also reflects that I should have new aligners in my possession (asking for input of start date for m1w1 of the revision). Since I don’t actually have them, or any other correspondence from SDC regarding the revision, I contacted SDC again through chat.
The rep denied that the call was to check on the new aligners. I typed out exactly what the voicemail had said (my phone gives me a transcript) and the rep still denied that it was about new aligners. She did “escalate” my call so that I’m now supposed to hear back in 3-5 business days.
I’m not happy. I’m still wearing my m6w3/4 aligners and for some reason nobody knows what’s going on. It shouldn’t be that hard to tell me why people are calling me to check on aligners I don’t have when there’s no treatment plan or aligners in sight, or why it’s been three weeks and I’ve heard nothing when it was only supposed to take two weeks to get the new set in.
