Terrible Experience That Cost Me Almost $2k with NO RESULTS

Dr. Danny Blaine Leeds was the dentist who oversaw my Smile Direct Club treatment. I have had nothing but hassle for the duration of my treatment (18+ months). I could never speak directly to him about my concerns. It's always someone on the "team". He has "approved" me for 3 treatment plans now. The aligners always end up not fitting after I have worn the first few sets as prescribed. They had to be filed down because they have protruding parts that cut my cheeks and gums. They started popping off my teeth because of poor fit. How many chances should I give him and SDC before it becomes "fool me once, shame on you; fool me four times, shame on me"? If you were in person instead of out of state, would you provide your clients with the level of treatment you provided to me?
