I wish I can visited this site before paying $2,000 and countless hours dealing with this company only to have no results and deal with terrible customer service. The reviews here are representative of my experience. Here is the timeline of what was supposed to be an eight month treatment plan.
Dec 2020: requested at-home impression kit
Jan 2021: completed kit and sent away.
Feb 2021: received retainers. Noticed immediately that all the pressure was on my bottom teeth, and none on the top (which was my issue area). Was told my bottom teeth needed to be moved first. Treatment is to commence on September 24, 2021.
June 2021: I opened a new set of aligners to find they were clearly for someone else. Not even close to my mouth size. Called the company and was told to do a do new impression kit and my treatment would be prolonged.
July 2021: Received my new impression kit and sent away my new impression kit.
August 2021: Received wrong retainers. Company admits fault and tells me I will have to wait 4-6 weeks for the correct ones.
September 2021: Received new aligners. I have been wearing old aligners for two months now with no new progress. New treatment plan to conclude November 24, 2021.
Nov 23, 2021: Contact company to let them know my treatment plan ends the next day and I have not any any movement on my upper teeth (the issue I wanted to address) and the aligners have actually made two gaps in my teeth worse.
November 29, 2021: Told they would send another impression kit.
Dec 2021: Charged for impression kit. Kit not sent because company has more paperwork for me to fill out that I filled out in December 2020, but they need it again. I fill it out and return it via email three times.
Jan 2022: Company says they cannot send impression kit because I have not updated my paperwork.

I have no progress on my teeth and have spent 13 months dealing with this company. Customer service is uniformed and unhelpful.
