I called Dr Victoria Veytsman Manhattan office and provided all my insurance info.I was planing to get a cleaning and ask about possible lower veneers. I received a call back confirming my insurance will be accepted and cleaning and x-ray will be covered by my insurance and no out of packet cost will be charged for my first visit.
I arrived 15 min earlier to my appointment. The Receptionist been very unfriendly and rushed me right away to complete all paperwork saying it has to be done in max 2 min. I didn’t even have the chance to read what I had to sign in order to get the cleaning.
I had many dental cleaning during the years but this one has been the most uncomfortable, painful and rushed. Technician was so rushed and very rough, actually I was praying not to break my upper veneers done by one other celebrity dentist. She even mentioned ...”Im not doing a full cleaning just a little bit today” . After cleaning I didn’t feel my teeth cleaned at all. My experience was awful at this office not to mention they changed my card for an extra $150 for an unnecessary x-ray saying my insurance only pays for a regular x ray not the type they used on me.
