SMAS Lower Facelift, Neck Lift/ Neck Lipo

AMAZING!! I think this place deserves a 20 star review. I wanted to get a lower facelift/neck lipo and came across Dr LEE on the real self website and saw all the excellent reviews. I noticed he was a double board certified plastic surgeon and (because I work in the medical field and am very particular where I go) I was impressed with his credentials. I went for my consult and was so impressed that EVERY SINGLE person/nurse that works here had the BEST customer service for making sure you feel comfortable. They are all so kind, informative and will walk you thru every step of the process and answer every question. I decided to go thru with it even though I was scared to death to have facial surgery. Cannot say enough about customer service at this place. Rose (who is SO NICE) that works there even calls you the night before to make sure you feel comfortable before your procedure and to answer any last minute questions. Jenn, one of the nurses, is AMAZING, explains EVERY SINGLE step to be followed and is incredible with her patience for all your questions you may have. Jenn is SO KIND, and makes sure you feel comfortable and understand all instructions.

As far as the procedure, Dr Raymond LEE is exceptional. I work with a lot of doctors in my career, and he takes SO MUCH TIME with you, reviewing every single angle of your face. I was not concerned/hesitant AT ALL with Dr Lee and trusted him completely due to his reviews/credentials, and he still insisted on spending extra time studying every aspect of my face and how he wanted to proceed with my procedure. He explained the procedure, and after talking with him, I chose to go with local anesthesia with IV sedation. He is very easy to talk to and is (in a good way) a perfectionist and wants to make sure you get the best result. Thank God, after all, this was my face he was working with!

I was EXTREMELY STRESSED OUT for my procedure, and they all were SO PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING with me to calm me down on my surgery day. Now it is only 48 hours after my procedure and 1000% beyond ecstatic with my results. The results exceeded my expectations. I saw online most people after this procedure (with other doctors) get ALOT of bruising/swelling, but with Dr LEE, I am in AWE AND SHOCKED of his work, for I do not have not even ONE SINGLE BRUISE, just slightly swollen, which I already expected (but it is minimal). He puts stitches in your hairline so you cannot see them, and all my friends (that are nurses) are amazed with my incisions and Dr Lee's work. The nurses at FACEOLOGY (Jenn) are meticulous on what to do pre/post operatively (which I followed exactly) and CANNOT BELIEVE in 48 hours already how beautiful my results are. THANK YOU SO MUCH FACEOLOGY MD for making miracles happen. Sorry my review so long, when I was looking for places I wanted more info, and want to express my gratitude and satisfaction with this doctor and his staff. If you are looking anywhere to get this procedure done, THIS IS THE PLACE 100%, do not go anywhere else, you will not be disappointed!
