So this month makes 6 months sense I got smart lipo with Dr. Tony. I’m not happy at all. Before I got smart lipo I was self conscious about my stomach. Wearing a bikini would make me feel uncomfortable. Now my stomach is deformed and I won’t ever confidently wear a bikini. I’m working out daily and keeping my nutrition in check. But no matter what I do my stomach will always looks deformed. I wish I had never done smart lipo.

Mixed Feelings
Tomorrow makes 2 weeks post op. I’ve had one lymphatic drainage massage and I have 2 scheduled for next week. Got lumps and bumps Im concerned about. Hopefully they will go away as time passes. I know they say final results won’t show until 6+ months.

Please keep posting I'd love to ask u more questions I had my consult with him today an I want to make sure he is legit. He said they have the j plasma that is suppose to help wither wrinkles an my cost is significantly higher than yours btw

Hello! Yea I would love to share more with you. Have you gotten any other opinions? I didn’t and that’s one regret I have. I still have lumps and bumps and wouldn’t wear a 2 piece. I’m just over 2 months post op so I’m hoping it gets better.

No sadly I didn't get a second opinion although he did mention to me that this is likely so I'm expecting this but he also mentioned that there us a new technique they are using call j plasma did he say if that was used on you?

1 Day Post Op
So definitely more soreness today than yesterday. I’ve changed the dressings twice. Noticed bruising but I know that’s normal. Staying my the compression garment 24/7 for now. A little concerned about the lumps I feel on my abdomen. Hoping they will flatten out.

You definitely want to invest in a good compression garmet (faja) and get some lymphatic massages to help get those lumps out. You look good

Quick question. How soon after should you get the massage? I can’t imagine getting one right now. My stomach and sides are still really sore.

i got mine the after 2 weeks, they are not super rough.. I had imagined like a deep tissue massage, and it was nothing like that it is a little uncomfortable because you are still sore, but it is bearable.

I got my first one after two weeks. It wasn't pleasant but it was bearable and definitely worth it.

the lumps will go away with massages.. either by you or by a massage therapist who is specialized in limphatic massage. I had lumps in all areas also, and after the massages they subsided.
