Poor job - still have my burn marks 3 years after Smart Lipo

I have had smartlipo about three years ago.Still have my burnt marks after lipo and its been over 3 years.. which left me with four huge scars . Which i was told tht i need tissue transfer from other docs

Pictures of burnt skin after smartlipo 3 years ago. Why am i complaning now? Because i did not want to go thru the hassle of explaning myself to him .hopefully laser will help , if not not sure what else it can be done .
