10 weeks post op - uggghh!!

WORTH IT$7,999
I wondered about the ladies saying things itch. It has taken 10 weeks but now I itch like a ....!!! At random times my sides (flanks) itch and I scratch, looking like a crazy person. My lower abs itch but hurt when I scratch too much. I still have soreness but that was where most of my fat was removed. (Yay!!) Still wearing my garments at night. Training every other day. Still struggling with working my abs. Have hated those exercises for years. Tried running and feels weird on flanks but massage therapist says it’s blood moving to area. Still very happy with my decision. Will post pics soon.

7 weeks post op and I was shocked!!!

Support support support. Wear your compression garments. I know they don’t match your outfits but make the adjustment. It is worth it. Eat clean and exercise. Do not go to gym before 4 weeks. Then gradually work your way be an up. Be mindful of your posture and abs. Throughout day suck them in and hold. I have diastases recti so I have to concentrate more. I could not see my progress but my tape measure and waist trainer don’t lie!! Started this journey on the biggest setting. Today I was surprised to find out I have only on setting left to smallest!!!

Thank you for posting all your tips with your updates!!! I looked in to a tummy tuck this last Christmas, and then pulled out of it. I am nervous about how invasive it is.

I attempted to get rid of all the fat through eating and exercise, but this stubborn baby fat is not in to it. Now it's summer and I'm like - darn, I should have done this in the winter! Basically - I have a slim shape except for this tummy - and am nervous the compression garments will be super obvious. What do you think? Should I wait until the fall and then go for it? I would love to have had it done already, darn! Haha. THANKS! And you look great - well done!!!!
Compression garments are very obvious if you wear dresses. I’ve managed to hide mine under very dark tights. Get it done already.

3 week post op pics

Here are the pics to go with update. Middle no longer deformed. Lower abs still a bit hard but area is decreasing with cellutone and massage. Skin is a lot tighter than beginning. You can see scar on back hat bothers me. However I’m loving the silhouette.
