Advice on Smart Lipo for Arms
I decided to have smart lipo on my arms as they have always been my problem area. My issue with my expeirence is the horibble fibrosis I got underneath and on the back of my arm. I was extremly careful about following my post surgery plan. I gave my self multiple massages daily and wore my compression leaves for longer than I was told to. I ended up with very lumpy arms witch made them look somewhat difigured. I was embarassed I had the procedure done. I went in with normal somewhat flabby arms to arms that look crazy and draw more attention than before.
Point of me sharing my expeirence with you is to tell you that fibrosis should be a huge factor in your decion to get smart lipo on your arms. If I would of been aware, I would of definitely gone to a specialized massage therepist. I was told I could do that if I wanted but that giving myself daily massages, would be fine. Fast forward to now. I found a doctor that has given me some hope. I had a procedure called Sculptra done, which injects estrogen back in to the arms to fill in the holes in my arm. Folowing this, I will get 10 sessions of Venus Legacy done to smooth and tighen my skin. If you're in the same boat as me, go talk to a doctor and see what they say. I'm very hopeful and see results already. Good luck :)
